YZ will deliver its HSE program through a structured implementation as per local authorities and ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 standards and client guidelines. Our Management System aims to provide and maintain a healthy and safe working environment and to minimize the risks to employees, subcontractors, clients, visitors, and others who may be affected by the activities of the company while fulfilling client expectations.

All staff has a responsibility to promote a healthy and safe working environment to safeguard their own health and safety and that of their colleagues and are required to abide by rules and requirements made under the authority of this policy. Failure to do so could result in disciplinary action. The Heads of Departments in particular are greatly responsible for ensuring compliance with Company Health and Safety Policy within their areas of control. They have a key role in encouraging a positive attitude to health and safety through appropriate management arrangements. The Project Managers are highly responsible to encourage the good practice of HSE regulations and its strict implementation to safeguard all members of the site team at all times.

YZ’s determination to fulfill its Health and Safety program is demonstrated by strongly supporting the following principles:

Establish and execute a concrete Health and safety program that adheres to and complies with the UAE rules and regulations and ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 And eliminates any misconduct that causes staff injury or illness, environmental pollution, company asset damage or loss, and property damage.

• Ensure that all employees at all levels fully comprehend and commit to the implementation of the health, safety, and environmental program through effective training and adequate supervision.
• Promote and encourage a positive attitude amongst staff towards health, safety, and environmental system procedures.
• Achieve and Sustain a zero-count health and safety record goal.
• Set annual measurable objectives for all operations to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with all standards.
• Conduct a weekly assessment of health and safety compliance while reviewing and updating the policy periodically.
• Identify significant hazards, assess risks from activities involving those hazards and manage those risks and ensure that employees are adequately informed of the relevant identified risks.
• Ensure that an adequate number of staff are competent to deal with any encountered risks.
• Ensure that the demands of activities do not exceed the capabilities of staff to carry out the work safely.
• Review the effectiveness of health and safety risk management and where appropriate to implement improvements;

Any revision to the HSE policy shall be notified to all staff and labor through the above stipulated media.
